Job Description
Lemonade is seeking a Senior Generative-AI Engineer to design, build, and own end-to-end Generative-AI services from prompt to production. The role involves fine-tuning LLMs, collaborating with product and data science teams, and building scalable APIs. They operate in a fully autonomous insurance service with AI settling claims and pricing models.
Requirements
- 6+ years building production-grade backend or ML systems
- Tangible experience with LLMs prompting, fine-tuning, or deploying them behind an API
- Fluency in a backend language (TypeScript, Python)
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, K8s, AWS)
- Strong grounding in algorithms, data structures, and probability CS
- Demonstrated skill in building resilient services
- Passion for agentic coding and zero bureaucracy
- Availability to work at least 3 days a week in Tel-Aviv
