Job Description
Lendable is seeking a Fraud Disputes Associate to own the transactional integrity of our U.S. credit card portfolio. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process of merchant disputes and unauthorized card claims, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in credit card disputes and chargeback management
- Deep familiarity with Regulation E and Regulation Z
- Efficiency mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
