Backend Engineer(Python)

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Intermediate Backend Engineer to join one of our core development team.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on backend software development with experience in a professional production environment
• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering from a leading university (Average 85+) or Graduate of a top-tier IDF intelligence unit in a significant development role
• Production Mindset: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments
• Python Expertise: Deep understanding of Python and its ecosystem (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• API & System Design: Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Database Proficiency: Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), schema design and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
