Contract Administrator

Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate group seeking a Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a major project in Adelaide. The role involves procurement of major trade packages, administration of subcontracts, and managing project costs and finances.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the Construction industry
• Experience managing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance
• Understanding of legal and commercial issues surrounding construction contracts
• Experience being involved in procurement and tender processes
• Financial knowledge to help manage budgets and monitor costs
