Property Manager (Shaw Tower)

Lendlease is searching for a Property Manager for Shaw Tower. The role is responsible for supervising daily operations staff, ensuring high standards of property facilities and services, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Ensure all documents relating to the property operations of the Centre are prepared and managed in accordance with company policies & procedures.
• Preparation, forecasting, review and management of CAPEX and Sinking Fund budgets and works.
• Management of the Centre’s OHS compliance with all authority and statutory requirements, as those requirements relate to the Centre’s property operations.
• Management of the procurement/tender process from the preparation of the Scope of Works through to the awarding of any contracts/agreements.
• Promote good landlord and tenant relationships.
