Senior Project Manager (Services)

Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate group with core expertise in Investment Management, Development, and Construction. We are seeking a highly experienced design leader with a track record in leading multi-disciplinary services design for major and complex projects.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (M&E Engineering or Construction Management related);
• 10+ years Construction industry experience / experience in managing services trade procurement, site supervision and design development/resolution preferred.
• Strong experience in delivery of project services from design through to construction and commissioning;
• Significant experience in management of most services design disciplines from concept through to detailed design resolution;
• Ability to demonstrate capability in managing the effective use of digital design technology to optimise project collaboration, coordination, decision making and solution development;
• Prior capability in the leadership of internal and external project stakeholders (including Clients) to support overall project objectives;
• Ability to communicate and influence teams and projects to secure positive outcomes;
• Ability to support leadership of a high performing team;
• Ability to demonstrate a track record of accountability for driving best for project outcomes, and ideally a capability in leading best practice, innovative and safe solutions.
