Payroll & Benefits Accountant

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Accountant to perform reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and handle various incentive and benefit accounting tasks. The role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent education and experience
• 2 years accounting experience, including reconciliation experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic accounting tools, including excel and Word
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
