Legal Counsel

Lennor Group is a Filipino company providing world-class business and workforce solutions. We are urgently recruiting for a Legal Counsel to join a telecommunication company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD); admission to the bar is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial contract review, drafting, and management.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial legal practices.
• Experience in corporate housekeeping, legal risk management, and litigation support.
• Proven ability to provide legal advice and solutions aligned with business needs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
