Lennox is seeking a Commercial Inside Seller to develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and services. The role involves developing strategy for generating revenue, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring high post-sales satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong abilities in building relationships and listening.
Requirements
- Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) identified by lead generation.
- Develops strategy for generating revenue based on assigned account list.
- Selects the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Works on revitalizing dormant relationships with significantly upside potential.
- Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to District segment.
- Coordinates with Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers moving from Inside to Field coverage.
- Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
