HVAC Service Apprentice

Lennox National Account Services is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Apprentice for a hands-on, field-based role. This entry-level position involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems for commercial customers. Candidates should be punctual, team players, and comfortable working independently.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred (3.5 GPA & attendance)
• EPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal)
• Valid Driver’s License & acceptable driving record
• Ability to climb ladders
• Moderate lifting (up to 90 lbs)
• Technical aptitude and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
