Job Description
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and troubleshoot network issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- 1–5 years of IT support experience
- Certifications (preferred): A+, N+, MCSA, ITIL
