Senior iOS Engineer

We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our Native Tribe, the team that builds Leonardo's mobile apps and drives a mobile-first product roadmap. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex feature areas, influence architectural decisions, and support the growth and confidence of other engineers.

Requirements

• Lead and own major feature delivery from discovery and scoping through implementation, release, and iteration.
• Shape architectural patterns and technical direction to support performance, modularity, and maintainability.
• Write high-quality Swift and SwiftUI code using structured concurrency and clean state management.
• Improve production health and reliability through instrumentation, debugging, monitoring, and incident support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, backend, and Android teams to co-create consistent experiences.
• Mentor and support teammates through pairing, knowledge-sharing, and constructive code reviews.
• Advance our developer experience and workflows, including exploring the thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools.
