Senior Systems Engineer

Leonardo DRS is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to develop and execute control and power architecture for complex systems. The role involves conceptualizing, analyzing, and specifying power electronics, drives, and uninterruptible power supplies, and providing technical guidance. It requires independent and team-based work on complex projects, and involves mentor training.

Requirements

• Review customer specifications and develop designs.
• Conceptualize the architecture of complex systems.
• Create the system level technical documentation.
• Verify product or subsystem performance through simulation and lab tests.
• Generate the necessary design requirements for component and subsystem specification using a requirements traceability matrix.
