Job Description
The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all commercial flooring installation projects, managing a diverse field and warehouse team, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial flooring installation teams and projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field crews and warehouse operations.
- Solid understanding of installation methods, job sequencing, and commercial construction environments.
- Budget-conscious mindset with experience estimating and controlling labor costs.
- Proficiency with project management and time-tracking systems (Monday.com, ExakTime or similar).
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
