Job Description
The Retail Flooring Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving product presence within retail flooring stores and showrooms. The representative acts as the key connection between the brand and the showroom floor ensuring products are well displayed, understood, and recommended.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail, showroom, or field-based sales (hard surface flooring experience preferred)
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across a territory
- High energy, outgoing personality, and strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency with mobile communication tools, CRM entry, and reporting apps
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
