We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join a highly respected flooring manufacturer and supplier with a decades-long legacy in premium engineered hardwood, laminate and luxury vinyl floors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in hardwood flooring or premium building materials
- Active relationships with flooring retailers, contractors, designers, or builders in Southern California
- Strong understanding of hardwood and hard surface products, installation practices, and specifications
- Self-motivated, territory-driven professional with strong follow-through
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
