Territory Sales Manager role in the Dallas market, responsible for selling high-quality products to customers, including homebuilders, flooring dealers, contractors, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- 3+ years of experience in the flooring industry
- Currently working or recently employed in the flooring industry
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined
- Strong relationship-building skills and a dedicated work ethic
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to develop and manage a sales territory effectively
- Proven ability as a strong prospector and closer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to travel within the state as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
