• Provide a complete advisory service to the inhabitant, in their area of action, with the objective of achieving their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Advise the inhabitant, through the appropriate channel at each moment, with the objective of offering them the products/services that best suit their needs.
• Attend to the inhabitant with diligence and resolve any incidents or doubts that may arise during the entire sales process, personalizing and offering positive purchase experiences.
