Job Description

As the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will provide comprehensive maintenance and engineering support to Envera's plant, lead and manage capital projects, and provide guidance to production and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in a food grade environment
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
- Experience with CMMS management
- Ability to apply mathematical operations
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance concepts
- Ability to read and develop technical drawings
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Ability to be CPR/First Aid certified
- Ability to be forklift certified
- Proficiency in CAD
