INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN INTERN (M/F) 6 months

As an Instructional Design Intern, you will be involved in identifying learning needs, structuring training programs, designing tailored learning journeys, and collaborating with stakeholders to manage the project end-to-end. You will also promote and deploy Gnosis Academy, contributing to internal communication and integrating content into the e-learning platform.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Instructional Design, Education Sciences, or Competency Development Management
• Rigorous, curious, and autonomous with excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Proficient with instructional design tools (Genially, Articulate, Canva, etc.) and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Ability to independently manage educational projects while working collaboratively in a team
