Regional Commercial Manager responsible for deploying commercial policy, piloting commercial performance, and developing turnover and market share in Morocco.

Requirements

• Bac+4/5 degree in Commercial/Marketing
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial function
• Confirmed experience in a commercial field position, ideally in distribution/FMCG
• Strong leadership, team animation, and performance management abilities
• Results-oriented, organizational sense, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Mobility and good knowledge of the regional market
• Excellent knowledge of Lesaffre Morocco's products
• Ease with computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
