Senior Process Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in process engineering or industrial engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Significant experience (>10 years) in managing production processes in yeast fermentation industry and related processes drying, packaging, utilities
• In-depth knowledge of production technologies, automation, and control systems
• Extensive technical expertise in industrial production processes and process optimization
• Expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making to optimize production processes
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Experienced in using ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in change management and strategic leadership
• Financial acumen and business decision-making capabilities
• Ongoing learning and adaptation to new production and automation technologies
