We are seeking a highly professional individual to assist our Investment Counsellors in maintaining and growing existing client relationships, and to support the team’s business development efforts. The Associate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, answering client queries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration or a related field
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®), an asset
• Minimum of five years of experience working in the financial services industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ease in learning new IT tools, such as portfolio management systems and client relationship management databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, multitasking and priority management skills
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
• High attention to detail
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
