Job Description
Level AI is a Series C startup transforming customer engagement with AI-powered contact center solutions. This Solutions Architect role focuses on understanding and integrating Level AI's technology with customer systems. The role involves both technical consultations and solution development to achieve business goals, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration with various platforms.
Requirements
- Clearly communicate Level AI’s infrastructure and technology.
- Spearhead technical discussions with customers.
- Develop tactical solutions for strategic customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and the engineering team.
- Manage and implement secure SFTP file transfers.
- Understand and translate complex technical concepts.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
