Job Description
Level Green Landscaping is seeking an Account Manager for their new Alexandria branch, managing a portfolio of commercial landscaping accounts within the greater Northern Virginia territory. The role focuses on relationship management, account retention, and growth opportunities, guided by integrity and excellence. The company prioritizes client service and collaboration, and emphasizes doing the right thing in all interactions.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts.
- Proactively propose and present site enhancements to meet and exceed branch financial objectives.
- Facilitate the resolution of client concerns to ensure contract renewal and retention.
