Implementation Consultant (New York)

Implementation Consultant position at Levelpath, leading enterprise onboarding and solution implementation through successful go-live, with a focus on customer success and product expertise.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in post-sales implementation, onboarding, or enterprise deployment role with a B2B SaaS product
• Experience working with large enterprise/strategic accounts and multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven track record leading complex deployments across multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
• Customer-obsessed mindset, providing consultative guidance on the way to successful launch of the platform
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS product configuration, workflows, and technical integrations
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple implementation projects
• Excellent client-facing communication, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and outcomes
• Comfort in working across functions and levels - from analysts to C-suite stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a bias for action and continuous improvement
