Director, Global Ecommerce Merchandising

As the Director – Ecommerce Merchandising, you will help transform the Global Merchandising strategy and assortment framework to accelerate our global ecommerce business.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Merchandising with a focus on eCommerce/Digital
• Enabled measurable step-change in web merchandising strategy for a major retailer
• Put ecommerce at the center of brand story through your product passion, merchandising and visual presentation POV
• Knowledge of digital consumer shopping behavior and trends
• Worked in a matrixed organization, capable of big picture strategic planning, execution & agility
• Considered an invaluable cross-functional collaborator by partners across teams
