Legal Secretary

The Fort Lauderdale, FL office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a legal secretary with general liability litigation experience. The primary responsibilities include docketing, scheduling, filing and serving documents, creating legal documents, and processing financial tasks. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of legal experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
