Job Description
The Dallas, TX office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary with heavy litigation experience. The primary responsibilities of this position include working for a minimum of (4) Attorneys and a Paralegal.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of four (4) years of legal experience in a law firm
- Knowledge of iManage or similar software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
