Job Description
LEX is seeking an R&D Test & Development Engineer to ensure reliable results through testing, troubleshooting, and refinement of systems and components. This role involves hands-on experimentation, data analysis, and collaboration with various teams to deliver practical solutions. The position is a key player in the R&D process.
Requirements
- Hands-on approach in a lab or test environment.
- Strong data acquisition and analysis experience (Python, LabVIEW, or equivalent).
- Ability to design and build simple test fixtures or experimental setups.
- Clear, structured reporting of technical results.
- Critical thinking and the confidence to challenge outcomes.
