Medical Lab Technician III

Lexington Medical Center is seeking a Part Time Medical Lab Technician III to provide laboratory services for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves performing manual and automated testing, specimen collection, quality control, and ensuring accurate analysis, contributing to patient care and organizational excellence. They are a member of the Lexington Medical Center team, dedicated to the Well, Family, and Health community.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree from a college/university accredited by a recognized regional or national accreditation agency
• Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited MLT program; Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) Board of Certification (BOC) or an equivalent state or governmental certification.
• Demonstrates ability to facilitate learning for coworkers and other members of the health care team.
