Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Python and Django
- Expertise in Django Rest Framework (DRF), ORM optimization, and microservice design
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL / MySQL with indexing and query tuning experience
- Experience with Redis / Celery for asynchronous processing and caching
- Proficiency in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Strong foundation in software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles
- Deep understanding of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, encryption, data protection)
- Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing frameworks
