Asset Management Specialist

Join Lexmark as an Asset Management Specialist and contribute to the management of key MPS accounts. This role involves maintaining high data accuracy in MPS systems, resolving asset data management issues, and generating preliminary invoices. The Asset Management Specialist L1 works with cross-functional teams and geography counterparts to deliver timely and accurate solutions to customers.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree graduate in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Accounting Management
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service Rep, QA Analyst, Reports Analyst, BPO SME, Team Leader, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Manufacturing Supervisor
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
