IT EBA Business Systems Analyst (Analytics Finance)

Lexmark is now a part of Xerox, and we're looking for an IT EBA Business Systems Analyst to drive application and system enhancements for business improvements. As a part of our global team, you'll help connect data, devices, and people in smarter, faster ways.

Requirements

• Drive application and system enhancements for business improvements
• Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Understand business requirements
• Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off
• Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS
• Provide training to business key-user/super-user
• Configuration of system solution
• Create functional specifications
• Maintain configuration/solution documentation
• Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
• Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required
