Join Lexmark as a Marketing Support Specialist and coordinate the execution of marketing collateral to support AP and local initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Requirements
- Coordinate creation of print collateral (brochures, flyers, large format prints, event invitations)
- Coordinate creation of digital collateral (emails, newsletters, landing pages)
- Translate stakeholders needs detailed creative briefs including copywriting
- Support the creation and prioritization of short-form video content for partners and customers
- Liaise with Central, WW, Cebu, and India marketing teams to fulfil requests via Workfront or email
- Pre-validate drafts to reduce review cycles at country level
- Arrange corrections and manage final approvals
- Execute urgent collateral creation from scratch or by reusing proven templates
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met
- Support event preparation and execution (online and face-to-face)
- Assist with Demand Generation lead follow-up and tracking
- Assist with partner onboarding (sales tools, demo guides, training content, brand usage & style guidelines, system access, incentive program communications)
- Support partner offboarding including system access removal
- Ensure partners use Lexmark marketing portals for asset access, claims, and campaign tracking
- Administrative Support: assist with budgeting, vendor management, POS, and invoice processing for marketing activities
- Prepare for and manage increased activity related to the Lexmark-to-Xerox rebranding
