Manages Order to Cash activities, drives timely resolution of issues, collaborates with cross-functional partners, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Moderate to expert knowledge in Order Management process and operational knowledge on transportation, logistics, international regulations, planning, pricing, allocation, claims, returns, cash collections, and overall Supply Chain process
- At least 2 years of experience in same/related field
- Relevant experience with Customer Relationship management
- Knowledge in ERP systems, specifically SAP
