Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or in a related field
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in managing operations or related functions

- Fundamental Project Management Skills, Tools and Techniques
- Strong communication skills, experience in mentoring, developing, and coaching employees/managers

- Data and analytics knowledge (already user of solutions with ability to demo)
- Business acumen for at least one workstream supported (can be vs SAP or D365 or any other system)
- Good understanding of Connected Technology
- Ability & interest in technical architecture/platform (IoT platform, AMLS, SQL DB, datalake, databricks)
