Assisting the Head of Department in managing the human resources of the group. Responsible for Recruitment, Training & Manpower Development, Records & Statistics, etc.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in reputable organizations.
- A university degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations, Social Sciences or related discipline (with a minimum of 2.2)
- MBA or related Master's degree is an added advantage
- Membership of CIPM or related professional bodies is required
