Job Description
Leyden Solutions is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to provide timely and relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and document CI indicators. The role involves coordination of cross-community meetings, research, report generation, and independent CI reviews. Strong analytical skills and experience in HUMINT operations are expected.
Requirements
- Understand the F3EAD targeting methodology
- Advanced skills with the HUMINT Operations Cycle
- Expert knowledge of CI theory, doctrine, rules, and regulations
- Experience in areas like Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT, and Convergence Analysis
- Minimum of six (6) years of CI related operations
- Five (5) years of experience in managerial position in operations
- No less than six (6) years of operational analysis experience
- At least 10% travel
