LFG Construction is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Manager to actively monitor workers' compensation files, train foremen, conduct risk analyses, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources management or other relevant diploma
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a relevant field to the function
- Autonomy and rigor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit
- Good knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
- Sense of organization and planning
