Job Description
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing all distribution operations, including receiving and shipping, managing employee performance, and ensuring safety and efficiency. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail. If the warehouse manager is absent, entire warehouse operations, including office work, must be backed up.
