Job Description
The Property/Facility Mechanic II is responsible for performing manual labor and semi-skilled work in the maintenance of facilities and grounds, including light construction, repair of electrical and mechanical systems, and grounds maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Valid Driver's License
- Two (2) to five (5) years of property/facility maintenance experience
- Knowledge of standard principles, methods, practices, techniques, tools, and equipment used in maintenance and repair
- Solid understanding of OSHA and Federal/State regulations
- Good knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across disciplines
- Ability to stoop, bend, manipulate tools in small spaces
- Perform work at heights
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
