Job Description
We're looking for a New Business Account Executive to join our EZRA team in London. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for generating revenue from net new logo accounts, working with multiple stakeholders to set strategy and prioritize a large territory, and self-sourcing and partnering with lead generation to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience managing a new territory
- Excellent at self-sourced lead generation
- Experience establishing communication leading to successful engagements with prospects
- Proven, repeatable, flexible sales processes
- Relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership and L&D space is a strong plus
- Familiarity with relevant systems, e.g. Salesforce, Sales Navigator
- Compelling presentation / storytelling skills
- Excellence in networking, partnering, and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Strong opportunity qualification skills
- Strategic, creative, and commercially minded
