Assistant Coach - Real Monarchs

The Real Monarchs Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach and Club coaching staff in creating a high-performance, player-development–focused environment within the Real Salt Lake player pathway.

Requirements

• USSF B License (or equivalent coaching license recognized by U.S. Soccer)
• Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience in a professional, semi-professional, academy, or collegiate soccer environment
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a coaching staff
• Experience providing individual and group player feedback in a constructive, development-focused manner
• Ability to build trust and credibility with players
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Ability to teach through clear instruction, demonstration, and corrective feedback
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours
