Utility/Plant Operator

Lhoist North America is seeking a Utility/Plant Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of process equipment mechanics and material flow.

Requirements

• Conduct in-process sample collection, testing, and recording
• Monitor processing equipment and communicate any issues
• Inspect, load, and weigh bulk customer trucks
• Uphold high housekeeping standards
• Perform workplace exams and environmental inspections
• Document in-process quality results
• Participate in scheduled safety meetings
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Provide backup for any qualified position
• Assist with or perform maintenance tasks
• Comprehend and operate within Safe Quality Food certification parameters
