Engineer - Product Development (Product Design)

We are looking for an Engineer - Product Development (Product Design) to join our team at Meiyume. As a product designer, you will be responsible for defining design goals, developing product directions, and creating prototypes. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform and make waves in the beauty industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Packaging Material or related discipline.
• Familiarity with the trends and solid experience in Cosmetic Makeup Industry
• 5-10 years+ experience in manufacturing or project management in sizeable or multinational manufacturer or buying office of which 2 years at managerial position.
• Hands-on analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping models
• Experience in consumer electronics, beauty technology, or innovative hardware projects is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with supplier, customer and internal dept.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent English
