Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Packaging Material or related discipline.
- Familiarity with the trends and solid experience in Cosmetic Makeup Industry
- 5-10 years+ experience in manufacturing or project management in sizeable or multinational manufacturer or buying office of which 2 years at managerial position.
- Hands on possess analytical and trouble shooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping model
- Experience in consumer electronics, beauty technology, or innovative hardware projects is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with supplier, customer and internal dept.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent English
