Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant position available in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting knowledge, be flexible, and have experience in journal entries, account analysis, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include month-end closing process, managing accounting team staff, and preparing financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
• Solid knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles
• Organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Inventory management experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 a plus
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
