Chef de Projets PV au Sol Senior - IDF (F/H)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Photovoltaic Projects in the Grand-Est region (F/H) to develop local photovoltaic projects with high added value, prioritizing quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Requirements

• Hold a Bac+5 degree in renewable energy engineering, specialized in photovoltaics, wind energy, or agronomy.
• At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector (PV or wind), enabling you to understand the technical and environmental challenges of projects.
• Ability to take strategic decisions, propose innovative solutions, and lead complex projects independently, ensuring their smooth progress at each stage.
• Excellent relational skills to defend your projects successfully and maintain solid relationships with various local actors (municipalities, agricultural chambers, local authorities, etc.), promoting stakeholder adherence.
• Locally anchored and having a good knowledge of the terrain, enabling you to understand and respond to the local specifics of photovoltaic projects.
• Team spirit and motivation to work in a human-sized structure, where collaboration, passion, and durable impact are essential.
