Libertex Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnership growth in Latin America. The role involves onboarding clients, managing relationships with IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Requirements
- Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to LATAM markets.
- Identify, recruit, and manage IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for LATAM partners.
- Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
